The Telegraph carried very few "cabin" passengers
in 1823 and they were usually entered at the end of the list. To conform
with the format of the other lists for that year, any cabin passengers
have been placed at the beginning of the list. The Telegraph lists
compiler is to be applauded, as most names are complete and readable.
