Miscellaneous Shipping |
The Rockliff arrived on Tuesday night, and was towed into Port on the following morning, when at an early hour she moored in the Stream. The voyage from England which has been accomplished in 94 days, has been marked by very fine weather, scarcely a gale of any importance occurring even when far away in the southern parallel of 45'. where several icebergs; were seen. It was fortunate she put in an appearance at a time when the tide allowed her to proceed without delay over the Bars. |
