The FleetsManhanset
Line / Menantic SS Co. / North Atlantic SS Co.
These lines ran from Bristol and Swansea to New York and Baltimore and very
little is known about the companies. It
would appear that this was a group of companies registered in Bristol and Liverpool
and managed by T. Hogan & Sons, New York. In 1898 it became Menantic
SS Co. (same manager) and in 1902 became North Atlantic SS Co. (same manager).
It seems to have gone out of business in 1907.
Many thanks to Ted Finch for his assistance in collecting this data. The
following list was extracted from various sources. This is not an all inclusive
list but should only be used as a guide. If you would like to know more about
a vessel, visit the Ship Descriptions (onsite)
